How about if we put this into etc/PROBLEMS? There's already an entry
there about the non-unification of mule-unicode-* charsets with the
rest of Mule charsets, so maybe this info belongs there? After all,
it is a kind of ``problem'' that Emacs doesn't set up things by
default on *.UTF-8 locales, right?
What do you think?
