The blinking must be a feature of that particular LessTif version. I
don't see it here with an older version and with OpenMotif. Anyway,
I think the border in question should be the `internal border', frame
parameter `internal-border-width' I believe.

Hm, vert. 2/600 = 1/300 and hoiz. 2/800 = 1/400 > 0.5%? :-).
