apropos should add 'search thru documentation help strings too" option

Grown accustomed to search engines, it seemed odd that M-x apropos
seems not to offer the functionality of also being able to search thru
all the documentation strings it knows about.

E.g. if I do C-h v some_variable and see it mentions
something_interesting, And I want to see anything else in the Help
system that also mentions something_interesting, even if just in a
docstring, before I turn to the Info system, it would be nice if I
could give a certain argument to M-x apropos to 'be like google on its
database' [well, not just the DOC file] but---i think that this wish
would be a quite expensive proposition, therefor perhaps M-x apropos's
help string might mention why this 'google' functionality is not also offered.
