bad syntax shading with verbatim

--infodir=/usr/share/info --with-pop=yes --with-x=yes --with-x-toolkit=yes'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

        The syntax shading runs off the end of the verbatim
environment like it's leaky paint.
