[Please fix your mailer setup, so that it puts the right "charset="
header into your mail.  Your signature has non-ASCII characters in it,
but the headers say the message is plain ASCII.  An unmangled From:
address would also be nice.]

Can you suggest a more useful display?

Note that the percentage shows how much of the file is above the first
screen line, so at least for the "Top", we need to decide what to put
there instead of the (rather unhelpful) 0%.

If you want to replace the feedback of the scroll bar, perhaps you
want to see the percentage of the file shown by the window, not how
much of the file is above the window?
