This has been an issue for a very long time now, and the responsible
of those servers is aware of it. I don't see a solution other than
dropping those links and focusing uniquely on the gnu.org servers.
Pity, for the load of information found on the wiki, but it seems that
Rob doesn't have time to keep those services up.
