gdb 6.1 test failures, OK?

Hello,

I just built gdb 6.1 in my own account space (not system wide,
since I'm not administrator).  The instructions seemed pretty
straighforward, but the there were some unexpected failures.  Is this
normal?  I just wanted to have an idea of how much confidence I can
have in the built gdb when I'm using it to troubleshoot code.  I'm
using sparc solaris 8.
