The
buzz in the scene was that fantasia was going to be one of the
largest parties held on the east coast and that is exactly what
it became. There were five thousand strong in attendance and twelve
hours long of non-stop dancing.
After
Fantasia's first
phase, The Creator and his crew continued their mission. With
huge success, they presented Sonic
Boom in May of 95' and shortly after Circus
that June. Only a few months later, in the month
of September, came a night that would stand out in the minds of
many party attendees- Electric Circus.
The event took place in the heart of NYC at the world's most famous
arena, Madison Square Garden.
Expanding
their vocation, The Creator
and company exploded onto the west coast. During their stay, they
produced four events:
One Voice, Willow I, Willow II,
and Corrosive. Still remaining true to his roots,
Chris continued to bring in his own talent, spreading it across
the globe. Artists such as Frankie
Bones, Adam X, Joey Beltram, Jethrox, T-1000 and Nigel Richards
performed at these events in LA.
Back
on the east coast, event production continued to flourish. The
Creators next
Large scale creation was Fantasia
II. Taking place in
Downing Stadium, this massive event featured talent
from around the world such as Terry
Mullan, Electric Indigo and DJ Rush. It was and
still is the largest event to take place on the northeast bringing
in 10,000 people from coast to coast. It came to mark a turning
point in the history of techno music.
Maintaining
their popularity, the Creator
went on to hold many other events including
United Colors of Techno March 97'
(Miami Beach, FL), Fantasia III
Aug 97', (South Jersey Expo Center),
New Years Maddness Jan
98' (South Jersey Expo Center, NJ), Electric 3
Jan 98' (Queens, NY),
Fantasia IV Sept 98' (Queens, NY),
Stomp Oct 98' (NY) and
Sonic Boom 2 (NY).
Throughout this time, The
Creator continued to flourish as
a performing artist
performing at events all over the world. Traveling the globe enabled
him to reach
diverse audiences while increasing his recognition.
Undoubtedly,
this brilliant performer/coordinator has left his mark on the
industry. At the present time, he continues his career as artist
with a recent performance worth noting at the Electronic
Music Festival in Detroit, 03'.
As an event coordinator, DJ Creator
remains a supporter of the NYC underground scene. His last event
took place in the Flushing Airport Hangers
Aug 03'. Today, he is planning his next
surprise to the world as once demonstrated in the past.
