result,while the board wants the money sent to the governments 
treasury 

for arms procurement.

At this juncture I have decided to seek file in a motion that 
the next 

of kin has applied for the transfer of the funds to his 
designated 

account.This fund has since been approved for payments but 
waiting 

final confirmation, hence I am asking you to stand in as the 
next of 

kin to these funds.

My request for a foreigner as next of kin is occasioned by the 
fact 

that the customer was a foreigner and a local citizen cannot 
stand in 

as next of kin. To effect the immediate transfer of the fund to 
you as 

agreed, you must apply first to the bank as the next of kin to 
the 

decease, and then we will follow up all formalities for the 

transaction.

Note that this transaction is legally safe and 85% risk free and 
all 

modalities have been worked out for a successful transaction and 
all 

legal formalities have also been perfected.


Upon receipt of your reply, I will send to you by fax or mail 
the text 

of the application; as soon as you receive the text i will 
further 

clarify
you in other issues as it affects the transaction.
