remote TCP debugging MinGW

Hi

Has anyone tried remote TCP debugging with GDB of MinGW/Windows 2000 with
target=arm-linux ?

Actually I have build a cross-debugger GDB 5.1 on MinGW/Windows 2000 with
target=arm-linux
But "target remote IP:port" doesn't seems to be supported on the built GDB
on MinGW..

I think it has to do something with remote debugging possibility on MinGW..

Probably, someone would have tried to debug a remote application using TCP
??

any suggectiosn..or ideas are most welcome..
