gcc - gdb confilict files

sir, 

 i had downloaded the following s/w from sunfreeware.com
   
   gcc version gcc-2.95.2-sol7-intel-local.gz
   gdb version gdb-4.18-sol7-intel-local.gz
   ddd version ddd-3.1.5-sol7-intel-local.gz
   
   i have checked the md5sum.they match.
   the packages are intact.
   
gcc installs. 

but i get the following conflict problems while installing gdb.

  /usr/local/lib/libiberty.a

the file size of libiberty.a are different if i say yes here.

/usr/local/lib/libibert.a  304564 bytes
 files size changes to 324260 bytes

i also get the following problem after installing ddd

when running ddd 

==> # /usr/local/bin/ddd
   ld.so.1: /usr/local/bin/ddd: fatal: libstdc++.so.2.8.1.1: open
failed: No such file or directory
   Killed <==

there is no such file on the local storage after performing a search.

i have not set the path for any of the installed packages

are there any compatibility problems with the versions(as mentioned
above).
