Hello: I'm having serious troubles on some old Suns I'm trying to mess around with. I've installed GNU/Debian Linux 2.2r3 (potato) and can't seem to get gdb to work. It seriously hoses any machines whenever I try to use it to debug even the tinyest program compiled with g77. Here is some configuration info
This is a serious security hole in your kernel. No program, not even a possibly broken gdb, should be able to take out your system.
