Details:
While SCCS supports up to 2 billion deltas for a single file,
CSSC seems to stop working after aprox. 32000 deltas.
In addition, CSSC is **much** slower than SCCS in case there
are 32000 deltas in a file.
Note: I checked this aroud 2011 but as I cannot see a related
release note, I guess this problem still exists.
