[Bug-barcode] barcode encoding

Hi,

I didn't find a way to create 1D barcodes in LibreOffice calc/writer
with installed extensions ref. attached "barcode_2.png" screenshot.
With the extension "Magenta 2D Barcode 1.0.4" it's only possible to
encode to 2D QR barcodes in the formats "ISO-8859-1, UTF-8 and
Shift_JIS" (barcode_1.png).

I would be pleased to integrate all common 1D encoding formats (Code
39, Code 128, EAN-2, EAN-5, EAN-8, EAN-13, etc.) and 2D encoding
formats ref. extensions in the program "Magenta 2D Barcode" in the app
"barcode 0.98+Debian-9.1+b2", see Debian synaptic package manager.

Optional it makes sense to add a fully compatible 1D and 2D barcode
encoding program app for all released LibreOffice versions 4 and later,
which will work in conjunction with OS Debian 8 (Jessie) and Debian 9
(Stretch) and common Debian 10.

Best regards

Volker Fritz
