[Axiom-mail] Works with Axiom! And on Windows too

Dear sir, I have a question.

I downloaded the followings;

 Windows Packages

http://axiom-wiki.newsynthesis.org/public/Fricas-Rev.263.exe (19 Mbytes)

also jEdit  with plugin TextFilter  on Windows;

In UserInterface

JEdit

allows the user to run text from a buffer through an external process and capture the output (Hey, just like emacs :). - Works with Axiom! And on Windows too.

How can this ( Works with Axiom! And on Windows too.) be done?  please teach me howto in detail.
