There is a command "document" which will extract the .dvi file 
from a pamphlet. If you have a pamphlet called foo.bar.pamphlet
you type:

document foo.bar

(the command assumes the trailing "pamphlet"). The plan is to
automate the extraction for documents with significant content
like dhmatrix.spad.pamphlet
