Hello Elias,

In order to use Axiom with TeXmacs you need to download the
newest version of Axiom from

http://www.nongnu.org/axiom/download.html

If you can build Axiom from the source code that is the
best way at present. If you are not comfortable doing this,
then you need the most recent binary for your configuration.
Specifically *not* the one at http://axiom.tenkan.org/
Unfortunatey both places where you can download these files
are down at this time due to a hack attach. The notice says
they with be back online by Friday, but I wouldn't hold my
breath!

In the mean time, you can probably get your current older
installation to work if you go to the

  mnt/linux/bin

directory and change the name of the file 'axiom' to
'AXIOMsys'

  mv axiom AXIOMsys

Then at least TeXmacs should be able to find Axiom for you.

Let us know if this works for you.

Regards,
Bill Page.
